New Template Notifications

This Extension sends an email to each site-user every couple of months in order to tell them about the new Templates which have been added to the site in the last months.

• Ahead of the configured scan-date - two weeks before and also the Friday before - the scheduled task is run in a Preview mode, which sends an email to our admins with an overview of Templates which would be sent to actual users on the scan-date. This allows us to check the email content and make sure everything is correct before users receive it.

• Creates the “UserProfileNewTemplateNotifications” user profile field.
• Creates the “New Template Notifications - Look For New Releases” Scheduled Task.
• Every first Monday in the configured months, the task checks for newly released Templates and sends an email to each available user.
• Copies the final processed user’s email for spot-checking.
