Functionality

User Site

While not directly part of this extension, the user suggestions are raised through a Pendo poll and recorded in the database via the Pendo Webhook Handler.

Admin Site

Administrators can view all template request and acknowledge requests they have actioned by changing the value in the dropdown. The usernames are mailto links to make it easy for them to get in touch with users regarding their request. The column headers are sortable, to make it easy to find certain kinds of requests.
