User Site

While not directly part of this extension, the user suggestions are raised through a Pendo poll and recorded in the database via the Pendo Webhook Handler.

Email Notifications

The Pendo Webhook Handler is an HTTP handler. It receives messages from the Pendo server. If the message is a new Template Request then it sends its own HTTP request to the affected site, the Template Requests extension’s HTTP handler. This handler sends an email to every site administrator who have their Email Address profile field filled-in with a valid email address. Our staff are excluded from receiving notifications.

Admin Site

Administrators can view all template request and acknowledge requests they have actioned by changing the value in the dropdown. The usernames are mailto links to make it easy for them to get in touch with users regarding their request. The column headers are sortable, to make it easy to find certain kinds of requests.
