Image Consent

This Extension injects HTML markup and JavaScript in the UserJDocumentCustomize page, the Form-Filling step. When the user is trying to upload an image a dialogue is shown. The user is forced to confirm that they have the permission to use their image.

• The Extension Configuration page contains an option Enable Automatic Asset Cleanup Job which is Enabled by default.
• When the Automatic Cleanup Job is disabled, then the admin page Content > Global Library > User Images contains the option to show Cleanup Logs directly while hiding the Consent Expiry dialogue.

• The admin-site page Content > Global Library > User Images, the Consent Expiry dialogue, the Asset Retention Period dropdown: options 1 and 6 months added. The Asset Retention Period is now stored as a number of months.

• As a new image is uploaded, the crop-dialogue is shown immediately. The user doesn’t need to look up the Crop button and click it.
• This Extension is forcing the Crop button for all image fields configured to allow Image editing.
