Setting Up

Enabling the AI Support Assistant requires a manual insert of an n8n snippet into the admin site options page.

[!NOTE] We plan on moving the n8n snippet into the theme once beta testing is complete.

To enable the AI Support Assistant:

Sign-in

Access the admin portal.

Navigate to UI Configuration

Go to Site Options › UI Configuration › HTML Includes › Add to HEAD element

Insert snippet

Add the following snippet:

Dependencies

The AI Support Assistant relies on:

1. An n8n workflow (for automation workflows).
2. An OpenAI assistant (with system instructions and vector knowledge).
3. Pendo to display the n8n chat interface.
