Limitations
- Only Pageflex Print products are supported. Static products, PDF upload products, and HTML products are not supported.
- This functionality supports only single-tier Storefront approval workflows with the configured Ziflow user as the sole approver.
- Storefront documents can be approved only once. Proof cycles in Ziflow for a single Storefront document are not supported. After a document is ordered or rejected, it cannot be modified. Therefore, only the first Ziflow result per document is actioned. Users can reorder the document in Storefront to address feedback before resubmitting for approval.
- Reordering is only possible for documents that require changes.
- Only Storefront users with a valid UserProfileEmailAddress can create Ziflow proofs.
- A Ziflow document cannot be ordered with any other documents, including other Ziflow documents.
- The extension and related functionality are intended to work only for Storefront 8.6. Additional development would be required to update the functionality for Storefront 9 and above, considering the differences in the user interface.
- The integration only recognises the “Approved” and “Changes required” actions in Ziflow.
- Once an item in Storefront is approved or rejected, it cannot be changed if a Ziflow user modifies their initial approval result.
- The Ziflow profile must be ‘Active’, and the owner of the proof has to be an ‘Active’ user.
