Functionality

Admin Site

For Administrator users, there is no Admin Functionality.

For the RightMarket user a Documentation page is available under “Administration > Extensions > RightMarket Document Workflow”.

User Site

This Extension makes the following changes to user functionality:

Basket/Drafts

The Basket page is split into two pages, Drafts and Basket. This is to improve the user journey so there is a clear difference between the download workflow and the print workflow. The Basket contains designs only for print workflow. The Drafts contains any designs the users have in progress.

The Basket page is automatically hidden if it doesn’t contain any Designs. This is to avoid any confusion for sites which only have Templates with the download workflow.

When clicking the “Recreate designs” button on the History page, all recreated Designs go into the users’ Drafts. This is to avoid users being able to add download only Templates into their Basket.

Approvals

This Extension allows for approval workflows to be added to Download Templates. It does this by converting the “Download” button to a “Submit for approval” button.

Notifications

This Extension suppresses in-built order notifications in specific circumstances to avoid users receiving duplicate emails. These notifications are:

• “User notification > Their order is placed” - this is suppressed if the template ordered has a download only workflow.
• “User notification > Their order is placed” - this is suppressed if the template has an approval workflow applied.
