Compatibility

This functionality affects all document (template) thumbnails and ignores all other command packets.

The extension always returns a success when interrogating the command packet, to ensure it does not prevent any command packets from being submitted to the rendering service.

Limitations

This functionality relies on the existence of the “RIGHTMARKET_Thumbnails” queue in order to distinguish between document previews and thumbnails. Thumbnails submitted to other queues will not be resized.

Logging

Exceptions are tracked in the logs on the admin site.

Debugging

In the case of the error “Document Thumbnail size already set to 600px”, this can occur if either the “_sys_BitmapSize” attribute is not found or its value is already set to “X600,600” in the command packet.
