Overview

Core Logic Flow

The following four main parts define the workflow for the integration:

  1. Creating Approval Workflows:
    • Monitors ordered documents in Storefront and creates Ziflow proofs and comments using Ziflow credentials and workflow details.
  2. Ziflow Portal:
    • Manages the proofing process and sends webhook callbacks.
  3. Web Service:
    • Receives Ziflow callbacks, updates Storefront’s document approvals, and ensures secure communication using the generated signature.
  4. Storefront User Site:
    • Modifies the Storefront Order Details page to enable users to complete the approval process by approving or rejecting items approved in Ziflow, reorder items requiring amends in Ziflow, and review Ziflow comments.
    • The extension also adjusts the Order History and Order Details pages by hiding the Reorder button for non-Ziflow product items, approved Ziflow product items, and rejected Ziflow product items that have already been reordered.
