New Template Notifications
This Extension sends an email to each site-user every couple of months in order to tell them about the new Templates which have been added to the site in the last months.

- Creates the “UserProfileNewTemplateNotifications” user profile field.
- Creates the “New Template Notifications - Look For New Releases” Scheduled Task.
- Every first Monday in the configured months, the task checks for newly released Templates and sends an email to each available user.
- Copies the final processed user’s email for spot-checking.
