New Template Notifications

This Extension sends an email to each site-user every couple of months in order to tell them about the new Templates which have been added to the site in the last months.

• Two weeks before the configured scan date, the scheduled task is run in a Preview mode, which sends an email to our admins with an overview of Templates which would be sent to actual users on the scan date. This allows us to check the email content and make sure everything is correct before users receive it.

• Creates the “UserProfileNewTemplateNotifications” user profile field.
• Creates the “New Template Notifications - Look For New Releases” Scheduled Task.
• Every first Monday in the configured months, the task checks for newly released Templates and sends an email to each available user.
• Copies the final processed user’s email for spot-checking.
